Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our team in Fresno, CA. This full-time, year-round role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving financial performance and operational efficiency.  This position will manage 1-2 direct reports.

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.​

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and trends to support business decisions and strategic planning
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with operational teams to monitor financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with corporate financial policies
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios
• Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in hospitality or service industries is a plus
• Some travel may be required (<10% anticipated)
