Job Description
Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events! Our grill cooks are responsible for cooking the different foods items a concession stand has to offer.
The Retail Support Supervisor supports the Retail Management team with various administrative and office support tasks. Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assigning the day’s work tasks to the Retail Cashiers; assisting with event day check-in, and warehouse inventory and invoiceing.
The Retail Support Supervisor is expected to serve as an example for the Retail Cashiers and Retail Warehouse Workers to aspire to; continually going above and beyond, delivering outstanding customer service, and successfully resolving any guest situations that may arise. Furthermore, they will maintain a professional and enthusiastic atmosphere even in the absence of management.
This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time Employee
The seasonal time frame is approximately May- February
Position Type:
Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be assigned to you. There are no minimum guaranteed hours per week, and hours will not exceed an average of 25 hours per week annually.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $23.43 to $23.43. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
Non-gameday duties:
- Organize and post job assignments
- Assist with posting jobs and sourcing qualified candidates
- Contact applicants to schedule interviews
- Attend job fairs as necessary
- Assist with inventory including daily and monthly cycle counts
- Support WH by collecting statements and ensuring invoices are paid on time
- Invoice, package, and ship customer orders
Gameday duties:
- Check in all team members on gameday and communicate assignments, assure all staff is in place
- Distribute radios, uniforms, meal tickets, etc.
- Support the team store or warehouse as needed, assisting customers if necessary

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age (required)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must have strong organization and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications
- Must have game day, occasional evenings, weekend and holiday availability
- Detail oriented with excellent customer service skills
- Minimum of 1 year retail or warehouse admin experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Standing, lifting, climbing ladders, reaching and bending
- Sitting, typing, answering phones, repetitive motions
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
