The Premium Supervisor is charged with setting the bar high and keeping it there. You are responsible for overseeing, directing, and assisting employees serve our premium guests with fantastic customer service and a high attention to detail.
Our ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently with little supervision and communicate swiftly and consistently with their team and leadership. Making a lasting impression on our guests and ensuring that a five-star, white-gloved experience is made.
The ability to work evenings, holidays and special events may be required. This role is part-time/seasonal position.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $22.00 to $22.75. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Qualifications
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Ability to perform administrative duties
- Ability to perform cash handling duties
- Previous supervisory experience in a related field or function (Preferred)
- Ability to lift to 25 lbs., frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 lbs. (Required)
- Must be able to multi-task and problem solve
- Must be able to work efficiently and maintain a sense of urgency
- Maintain emotional control under stress
- Ability to resolve interpersonal situations
- Strong organizational skills
- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
- TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol Certification (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
- ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
This role will have physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE.
