The Lead Suites Supervisor is charged with setting the bar high and keeping it there. You are responsible for overseeing, directing, and assisting supervisors & employees to serve our premium guests with fantastic customer service and a high attention to detail.
Our ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently with little supervision and communicate swiftly and consistently with their team and leadership. Mentorship and delegation towards other supervisors is also key for this role. Making a lasting impression on our guests and ensuring that a five-star, white-gloved experience is made.

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $22.75 to $24.75. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Compensation Data
The hourly rate of pay for this position is $24.75. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist Suites Manager in directing daily operations of the Suites Department, Picnic Areas, & Legacy Club.
- Leading FOH food production checks that ensures FOH and BOH have open communication for food needs during a game.
- Ensures all food items are served per menu specifications in a safe and appropriate manner following Aramark policies and procedures
- Ensure that food items are stored in a safe, organized, and hazard-free environment
- Maintain all serving schedules; ensuring all ordered food makes it to the suites at its scheduled time
- Maintain a sanitary department following health and safety codes and regulations
- May prepare orders as needed to ensure accurate production for location
- Supervise and evaluate employees; counsel; promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork
- Train/mentor other premium workers
- Ensure all food safety/temperature logs are completed with appropriate corrective action, as necessary
- Perform other duties as requested by the Premium Director or Suites Catering Manager whenever his/her skill and/or experience would be vital to initiate, coordinate, or complete any given program
- Must fill in for absent employees at location, as necessary
- Maintain knowledge of daily catering events and confirm they are prepared and delivered on time
- Maintain communication with staff (including office staff, e-mail, phone calls, inter-office mail, etc)
- Responsible for ‘closing down’ each event
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA requirements, SDS standards, and emergency procedures
- Use all required safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) and annotate when equipment is not operable
- Take appropriate measures to ensure the security of client and company assets
- Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests about business-related activities and attend meetings, as required

Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older (Required)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 lbs. (Required)
- 1-3 years supervisor/management experience in a related field or function.
- TEAM/ TiPS Certification (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
- ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to delegate and mentor staff
- Ability to perform administrative duties
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Preferred)
- Basic reading, writing and math skills
- Basic computer skills (Preferred)
- Work shifts that are 6 – 10 hours in length
This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE.
