The IT Administrative Support Worker will report to the IT Manager and is responsible for assisting management with IT administrative tasks including, but not limited to, data entry, technical support, software configurations, and hardware installations. The IT Administrative Support Worker will be required to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. The ideal candidate manages and works well with stressful situations. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. 

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $22.75 to $24.75. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for deployment and tear down of POS terminals 
  • Provides support to all point-of-sale system problems and escalate when necessary
  • Provides internal support of the Company’s PCs, printers, and related equipment
  • Assists in maintenance and upgrade of PC and POS equipment
  • Initiates and implements improvements to areas of responsibility
  • Conduct stadium walk-throughs to ensure all systems are operational prior to and during all events
  • Replacement of defective hardware before, during, and after events 
  • Diagnoses of software, firmware & hardware errors, and breakage  
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all standards and practices 
  • Assists at other venues in the district on non-event days and during the off season 
  • Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required

Qualifications

  • Experience with POS, preferred Skytab Venue, Tapin2, Mashgin, Amazon JWO
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to organize, manage, and complete multiple tasks in an efficient and timely fashion
  • Strong verbal and written communication and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Must be able to adapt to environment changes immediately
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications to include operating system, office systems
  • Ability to be on feet and walk long distances
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Must be available to work an event-based schedule, including but not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
