This job includes coordinating between Suites Culinary and Suites FOH, creating production sheets and coordination between teams and employees, ensuring all safety guidelines are being followed. Our ideal candidate is an individual that is reliable, prompt, and has the ability to multi-task as our kitchens are the soul of our operation.
This employee will have the ability to work holidays, overtime, nights and/or weekends (as needed).
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $24.75 to $25.75. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Game Day Suites production and distribution
- Creates and writes all production sheets from suites and club carves
- Leads Production for both cold and hot production for suites
- Production lead for all non-game day events alongside with chef de cuisine
- Orders all products for suites, stewarding and club carve
- Helps Create new exciting menu items for Suites
- Helps with Hiring and Employee Training
- Leads Culinary Food and Occupational Safety with Exec Sous.
- Helps with Temps assignments on a game day
- Ensures staff are completing cleaning/daily tasks
- Monitors inventory levels
- Helps with inventory
- Off Season catering at Coors Field
- Supports Broncos when not needed at Coors Field
- Leads Off Season Operations

Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Previous experience as a culinary lead or related role (Preferred)
- TEAM/ TiPS Certification (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
- ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50lbs.
- Demonstrates basic math and counting skills
- Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to accept change and new procedures
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes
- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
- Maintain emotional control under stress
- Ability to resolve interpersonal situations
- Strong organizational skills
Compensation Data
The hourly rate of pay for this position ranges from $24.75 to $25.75. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
