Aramark is hiring Overnight Cleaning Crew members to support post-event operations at Coors Field, one of the largest outdoor stadiums in Major League Baseball.
 
This role is primarily event-based and follows the Colorado Rockies home schedule, with work concentrated during home stands and extended time off when the team is on the road.
This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking part-time, overnight work in a fun, high-energy environment. We see the strongest alignment from people who use this role as a secondary job to supplement income.
 
Schedule & Event-Based Work Structure
  • Work is tied to the Rockies home game schedule

  • When the team is in town:

    • Expect to work 6–7 consecutive days

  • When the team is on a road trip:

    • Typically off for a week or longer

  • Overnight shift only

    • Night games: Start time 10:00 PM (post-event)

    • Day games: Start time 6:30 PM (post-event)

  • Typical shifts range from 4–6 hours

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $19.29 to $19.75. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Crew Assignments & Duties

Overnight Cleaning Crew members may be assigned to one or more of the following teams:

 

Blower Crew

  • Backpack blowing and sweeping of:

    • Concourses

    • Stairwells

    • Seating bowl

  • Continuous movement and standing throughout the shift

  • Outdoor, all-weather environment

Picking Crew

  • Collect trash from the seating bowl

  • Perform basic sorting between recycling and landfill

Locker Room Crew

  • Detailed cleaning of:

    • Locker rooms

    • Media rooms

    • Bathrooms

    • Floors and lockers

    • Vacuuming and surface cleaning

Trash Crew

  • Collect and transport trash

  • Move materials to designated compactors or composting areas

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly stadium environment following events

  • Follow all OSHA, local, state, federal, and Aramark safety procedures

  • Properly use, clean, and maintain custodial equipment

  • Follow procedures for trash, recycling, and compost disposal

  • Report maintenance or safety concerns through appropriate channels

  • Assist with securing the facility as required

  • Protect company and stadium assets

  • Maintain a professional, team-oriented attitude

Qualifications

  • Previous custodial experience preferred.
  • Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
  • Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers
  • Adaptable to guests’ needs

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
