These are hourly, part-time, seasonal positions with flexible scheduling based on event needs.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $1.00 to $23.50. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

Concessions Stand Worker: 

  • Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
  • Properly stores food by applying food safety policies and procedures
  • Assists in setting up, maintaining and tearing-down a concession stand
  • Ensure product at assigned location is stocked to appropriate levels throughout service and replenish items as need

Concessions/Grill Cook:

  • Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
  • Sets up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment – communicates quickly when a need arises to ensure productivity continues
  • Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items (as needed)
  • Operates equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers
  • Arranges, garnishes, and portions food according to established guidelines
  • Ensures compliance with food temps and documentation throughout event

Concessions Stand Lead: 

  • Assigns duties to food service team and supervises the completion of tasks 
  • Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, and customer service
  • Ensures that food is prepared and built according to standardized recipes and directions
  • Assists with workstation set-up and tear-down
  • Replenishes food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
  • Adheres to food, safety, and safe-drinking guidelines and ensures they are being followed by staff

Concessions Supervisors:

  • Manages a section of concession stands and staff
  • Maintains necessary paperwork throughout the event
  • Adheres to food, safety, and safe-drinking guidelines and ensures they are being followed by staff
  • Assists with the operations by operating a POS or preparing food and beverage items
  • Maintains adequate product levels in each concession stand
  • Performs inventory counts before, during, and after an event

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older for all positions
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older for Stand Lead and Supervisor positions
  • Previous food service experience preferred
  • Must be able to obtain food safety certification
  • Demonstrates positive guest service skills
  • Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lb.
  • May be required to obtain TEAM/ServSafe alcohol certification, based on position
  • May be required to complete Serve Safe Food Handlers certification
  • Previous Guest Service experience is a plus
  • Ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays

These roles will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing.  These roles may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE.
