Job Description
Coors Field is home to the MLB Colorado Rockies in Denver, Colorado. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do. The Concession Stand Lead is responsible for the oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the food service operation such as inventory, customer service, food preparation, and food safety and sanitation procedures.
This ideal applicant will have previous supervisory or lead experience in a similar role or environment and have the ability to ‘think on their feet’ while enforcing Aramark’s Alcohol and Food Safety policies.
This employee will have the ability to work holidays, overtime, nights and/or weekends (as needed).
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $21.29 to $21.29. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
• Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a food service team and supervises the completion of tasks
• Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.
• Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
• Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
• Sets up workstations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.
• Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations
• Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers’ needs.
• Replenishes food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
• Adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking patrons’ identification
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers. Is adaptable to customer needs
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
• Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older (Required)
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in a related position or field (Required)
- TEAM/ TiPS Certification (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
- ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience managing inventory (Required)
- Exhibit and practice the highest level of guest satisfaction skills
- Willingness to accept change and new procedures
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE.
This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee
