Are you a visionary operations leader ready to shape the future of a high-performing region? We’re seeking a dynamic Vice President of Operations (VPO) to oversee multiple Market Centers across our South Region. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned executive who thrives on driving operational excellence, inspiring teams, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

As VPO, you’ll be the architect of growth and efficiency—galvanizing teams under a unified strategy, optimizing performance, and unlocking new opportunities for innovation and expansion. You’ll work cross-functionally to elevate service delivery, enhance profitability, and ensure long-term client retention.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Business: Lead all aspects of regional operations with full P&L accountability.
  • Drive Growth: Expand revenue through strategic client partnerships and exceptional service delivery.
  • Shape Strategy: Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Inspire Teams: Build and lead a high-performing, empowered team culture focused on results and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Compliance to drive integrated success.
  • Lead Change: Champion innovation and process transformation across a dispersed, multi-site organization.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • 10–12+ years of progressive leadership experience with full P&L responsibility—ideally in food or retail services.
  • Proven success in managing complex client relationships and leading large, distributed teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and project management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence at all levels—from frontline to C-suite.
  • Track record of building talent pipelines and fostering a culture of development and innovation.
  • Must reside in Florida, Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, or Georgia
