Job Description
The Replenishment Buyer is responsible for a variety of key projects in the procurement team, including product integrity, purchase order tracking, inventory balancing between warehouses and product procurement for assigned suppliers for Union Supply’s wholesale and direct to inmate replenishment. This position works closely with replenishment buyers, category managers, distribution center employees and sales team members. This position must ensure strong attention to detail and the highest level of accuracy and service levels.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage data integrity including, but not limited to, new item set up and coordinating data accuracy
- Strong attention to details and interpersonal skills that allow the candidate to question their peers to ensure information and data is correct
- Strong collaboration skills to partner with cross-functional team members in a spirit of partnership
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a busy, fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and planning skills to meet established deadlines

Qualifications
- Must be result driven, adaptable, detail oriented and organized.
- Ability to take accountability for decisions, actions and results.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze data, identify root causes, trends, opportunities and concerns.
- Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as relationship management.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn.
- Bachelors Degree, or equivelant experience needed
- Minimum 2 years replenishment experience or experience in a related field
- Knowledge of supply chain management, customer service, and vendor management
- Experience in Purchasing and/or ERP systems
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office-espcially Microsoft Work and Excel, as well as Microsoft Outlook. Must be organized, analytical and posses highly developed written/oral communication, and interpersonal skills
