About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Training Specialist to join our Growth Enablement team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building engaging learning experiences, collaborating across teams, and helping others grow. You’ll be at the heart of onboarding, coaching, and continuous development for our field teams across the U.S. and Canada.If you're passionate about learning, love working on projects from concept to execution, and want to make a real impact—this is your chance.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and deliver immersive onboarding programs for new hires (AEs, BDMs, SAEs), partnering with Growth & Operational teams to accelerate ramp-up.
- Facilitate hands-on training sessions using role plays, scenario-based learning, and real-world sales challenges—from prospecting to closing.
- Coach and mentor sales team members through on-the-job feedback and skill reinforcement to drive performance and retention.
- Develop microlearning assets including e-learning modules, videos, and job aids using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- Track training effectiveness using metrics like ramp time, deal velocity, and survey feedback to continuously improve programs.
- Support national and regional training events, including designing materials and facilitation.
- Identify learning gaps in the field through ride-alongs, feedback loops, and propose targeted solutions.
- Partner with Leadership to build structured learning paths that align with career progression and business goals.
- Drive tool adoption and confidence by delivering hands-on training and upskilling for Salesforce, CMS platforms, and other sales tools, helping reps navigate system efficiencies and confidently from day one.
- Champion a culture of learning and growth, connecting training initiatives to broader organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- equivalent experience considered.3+ years in training, enablement, or change management within sales organizations.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Familiarity with adult learning methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) and content creation through visual design.
- Experience with Salesforce and enablement tools is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
