Title:  Catering Services Worker - JPMC - Polaris North, OH

Job Description

The Catering Services Worker supports the event operations team in running successful catering orders and events within the location. The Catering Services Worker supports and carries out event set up, transporting equipment, food, or other supplies to the event location, serving guests during the event, and breaking down/ cleaning up after the end of an event.

We are looking for a Catering Attendant to join our dynamic team and deliver outstanding hospitality in a refined business dining environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about service, detail oriented and committed to providing a seamless catering experience for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting with set-up, execution, and breakdown of catered events
• Ensure food presentation meets high quality standards and aligns with client expectations
• Delivers impeccable customer service with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of catering stations, dining areas and prep spaces
• Coordinates with kitchen staff and Catering Management to ensure timely service
• Handles special requests and dietary accommodations with attention to detail
• Always adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering, hospitality or food service preferred
• Strong customer service skills with polished and professional demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence in service delivery
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed. Catering shifts vary with hours ranging from 6:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. M-F with the exception for occasional evening receptions.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
