Job Description
Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Full-Time RDN CBORD Specialist for the Cleveland Clinic hospitals in Ohio. This position will maintain the CBORD patient menu ordering platform and support patient dining operations at 7 hospitals across Ohio.
Schedule: Hybrid- Monday- Friday. 40% Remote Work + 60% Onsite at Cleveland Clinic Hospitals.
Onsite work will be primarily at Fairview Hospital or Akron General Hospital. Weekly schedule can vary depending on current projects or business need. #LI- Hybrid.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The annual salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Makes daily, weekly and quarterly updates in CBORD patient menu sytem including building new menu items, patient diets, food allergen tagging, and nutrition information.
- Conducts review of all menu items and nutrition information quarterly for compliance
- Maintains CBORD floor stock system and updates as necessary
- Creates and analyzes pateint dining reports on regular basis
- Troubleshoots patient dining issues on an ongoing basis
- Develop and manage process improvement iniatives for patient dining across the hospital system
- Create and present training and onboarding for patient dining and call center staff on various topics
- Collaborates with diet office, dietitians, food service managers and hospital adminstration
- Reviews patient dining policies quarterly and makes suggestions for updates as required
- Visits hosital locations weekly to conduct audits, training and updates with the food service teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics or similar field.
- Active Registered Dietitian credential (RD/RDN) with CDR required
- At least 1 year of food service operations experience in a hospital or long term care preferred
- Strong working knowledge of patient dining software. CBORD knowledge highly preferred.
- Solid computer proficiency with IT programs and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills for various groups including hospital administration
Conditions of employment may or may not include busy hospital and outpatient settings, from patient rooms/floors to kitchen/serving areas.
