Job Description
Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a District Director of Patient Services, Compliance and Safety for Cleveland Clinic system in Ohio. This position requires a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential.
Location: Onsite at Cleveland Clinical Akron General in Akron + Monthly Travel to Six Hospitals.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 to $115,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct oversight for patient dining program across Cleveland Clinic hospitals to ensure meals are properly prepared and delivered to patients
- Develops patient menus with culinary team to ensure compliance with Cleveland Clinic and regulatory standards
- Collaborates in maintaining CBORD system and making necessary updates to menu items, patient diets, food allergies, etc.
- Acts as a liaison with clinical nutrition team to ensure effective communication between departments
- Ensure Joint Commission compliance and readiness, and conduct routine safety inspections at all hospital sites with corrective action plans.
- Oversees safety and incident reporting using client and Aramark resources
- Analyzes patient satisfaction data realted to contractual standards
- Regularly update patient dining polices and procedures
- Maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships.
- Develops and evaluates patient and nurse rounding program at assigned sites
- Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
- Create value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics or related field required. Master's degree preferred
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required
- At least 5 years of healthcare food service/patient services experience preferred
- Proficient knowledge of CBORD preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, customer services and organizational skills required.
- Ability to travel to Cleveland Clinic sites monthly
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Conditions of employment may or may not include busy hospital and outpatient settings, from patient rooms/floors to kitchen/serving areas.
