Title:  Runner-Busser - Paycor Stadium - Suite/Catering

Job Description

Responsible for the timely, professional, and efficient delivery of food and beverages to suites, while maintaining high standards of customer service, safety, and sanitation. This role requires strong teamwork, physical stamina, and the ability to handle food service equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to suite pantries and attendants.
• Transport and maneuver hotboxes and speed racks throughout game.
• Operate and restock the dessert cart for suite service.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth service operations.
•  Meet and uphold company guest service standards.
• Complete assigned side work and perform other duties as directed.
• Collaborate effectively with co-workers to complete breakdown post-game.  
• Must be comfortable walking or standing for extended periods of time throughout the shift.

Qualifications

•    Previous food service experience preferred
•    Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks quickly
•    Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
•    Requires constant standing and walking

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
