Job Description
Aramark is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to support operations at Guinness Chicago. This role is essential to ensuring smooth administrative and operational workflows across departments, with a focus on supporting food service, event coordination, and team logistics.
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including scheduling, communications, and supply management.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, orientation coordination, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate internal communications and promotional materials for hiring events and staff engagement.
- Maintain accurate records for inventory, vendor contracts, and operational reporting.
- Serve as a liaison between management, culinary teams, and front-of-house staff to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Provide administrative support for event planning and execution.

Management of operational licensing, permitting and other local requirements.

Management of facility vendors when it pertains to scheduling, processing invoices and coordination of relations.

Vendor Onboarding and Offboarding.

Liaison between corporate accounting and onsite management.

Cash Reconciliation.

Provide administrative support for building wide activations and execution.

Complete payroll processing, tip reconciliation and compliance tracking weekly.

Reconciling all invoices prior to the end of each fiscal month.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of office or administrative management experience, preferably in hospitality or food service.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
