The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Senior Human Resources Manager and provides essential administrative support to Human Resources and other support departments. This position is responsible for managing the employee uniform program for approximately 1,600 employees, supporting office operations, maintaining records and documentation, ordering supplies, receiving and distributing deliveries, and assisting with routine HR and administrative processes. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, strong communication and technical skills, and is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $26.00 to $30.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
Human Resources & Administrative Support
• Provide administrative support to Human Resources and general data entry support to other support departments as needed.
• Maintain employee records, files, databases, and confidential documentation.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork, employee communications, data entry, reporting, filing, and document preparation.
• Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and tracking documents.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks accurately and within established deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
Uniform Program Administration
• Manage the uniform ordering, distribution, inventory, and replacement process for approximately 1,600 employees.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for uniform-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate uniform records and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee uniform requests.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain related documentation.
Office Administration
• Support daily office operations and maintain a professional and organized work environment.
• Order and track office supplies and materials.
• Receive, organize, and distribute mail, packages, deliveries, and shipments.
• Coordinate routine office maintenance requests and assist with meeting and administrative logistics.
Employee Engagement & Customer Service
• Assist with employee recognition, engagement activities, meetings, training sessions, and special events.
• Provide responsive and professional customer service to employees, managers, vendors, and visitors.
• Respond to inquiries and escalate issues as appropriate.

Qualifications
Required
• Associate degree required. Candidates with 8 or more years of directly related administrative experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3-6 years of administrative, clerical, office support, or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
Preferred
• Experience supporting Human Resources, Operations, or Office Administration functions.
• Experience managing inventory, ordering supplies, or coordinating with vendors.
• Experience supporting a large employee population.
Work Environment
The Administrative Assistant primarily works in an office setting during regular business hours. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
• Frequent computer and administrative work.
• Regular interaction with employees, vendors, and visitors.
• Ability to receive, organize, and distribute packages and supplies.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.
