Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a Human Resources Manager position at Jefferson Health System in South New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area. The Human Resources Manager will primarily be responsible for assisting hiring managers with recruitment activities associated with full life cycle recruitment for hourly front line associates with some support for salaried requisitions. Additionally, they will partner with community organizations to support hiring manager’s local recruitment efforts and drive efforts towards meeting diversity, veteran and people with disabilities hiring goals.  Position will also assist with administering the human resource policies and procedures for an assigned unit or client account to include but not limited to: talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, wage and salary administration, training, employee relations, EEO, affirmative action, benefits administration and risk management. 

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The salary rate for this position is $65,000.00 to $75,000.00.  If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for hourly front line associates and pre and post hire activities for salaried employees

• Conduct intake meetings with  hiring managers, create and post requisitions, source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, extend verbal and written offers. 

• Schedule and facilitate orientation and trainings

• Monitor applicant flow and requisition activity in the ATS (SAP SuccessFactors), identifying opportunities for recruitment marketing strategies (e.g., programmatic ads, sponsored jobs, job description optimization, community outreach).

• Coordinate and attend job fairs and virtual and in person hiring events 

• Support HR generalist functions as needed throughout the system 

• Talent management, recruitment & retention, and employee engagement.

• Counsels employees relative to transfers, promotions, terminations, exit interviews and various work items

• Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws concerning human resources

• In conjunction with senior human resource staff, may respond to charges of discrimination. Conducts investigations and attends hearings.

• Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.

• Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.

• Maintains affirmative action program; maintain other records, reports and logs. Maintains HR Information system records and completes reports from database.

• Advises leadership on progressive discipline, Monitors LOA, workers compensation and unemployment.

• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

•    Requiring 1 to 2 years’ experience in HR or Recruitment (Talent Acquisition)
•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
•    Experience onboarding/training new employees. 
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•    Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
•    Proven track record of providing the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers
•    Proficient in MS Office
•    Previous experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
•    SHRM PHR certification preferred
