Aramark is seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our team at one of our corporate dining locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a diverse and innovative menu that meets the needs and preferences of our clients.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to Aramark's standards and procedures.
• Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new culinary initiatives and promotions.
• Monitor and evaluate food quality and presentation, making adjustments as necessary to maintain excellence.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

Qualifications

•    Requires at least 2-3 years in a related position
•    Requires at least 2-3 years of post-high school education, preferably a culinary degree
•    Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession
•    Requires experiential knowledge of management of people and/or problems.
•    Requires verbal, reading, and written communication skills
