Title:  Server - SpiritLine Dinner Cruise - Ft. Sumter - Tours

Job Description

We’re looking for friendly, energetic servers to join our team aboard a scenic Charleston harbor dinner cruise. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for part-time work, enjoys working nights, delivering great guest experiences, and being part of a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment on the water.

This position is part-time and nights only. 

Job Responsibilities

• Provide refined, attentive table service throughout the duration of the dinner cruise
• Present menus, describe courses, and make knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations
• Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them promptly
• Set up and break down dining areas before and after cruises
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the cruise
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced service environment
• Availability for evening and night shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Professional appearance and demeanor

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
