Job Description
To assist the Catering sales team with administrative work in an efficient and timely manner. Responsible for the organization, detailing and communication of booked events. Tasks include communication with internal teams and clients, maintenance and organization of function sheets, ordering and coordinating with vendors. Assist clients with planning their event to meet their expectations and desired outcome. Communicate effectively internally to culinary and operations team Assists all guests in a cordial and pleasant manner. Assist in administrative work such as menu design, layout planning, BEO creation and communication, client billing, business projections and pacing.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $18.00 to $20.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
• Understands, follows, and enforces all Aramark and location policies and procedures.
• Ensures that all safety procedures are understood and followed to maintain a safe working environment
• Participation in all operational department meetings (daily operations meeting)
• Organization and distribution of daily function sheets/BEOs to Conference staff
• Review function sheets for accuracy or discrepancies and assign tasks based on functions and events
• Daily inspection of all rooms, ensuring accurate logistics set up as well as adherence to standards established for room set ups.
• Represents Aramark and the location in such a manner as to enhance their reputation.
• Printing/copying BEOs & Diagrams for distribution to Culinary and Ops team
• Preparing Menu signage reflecting Dietary information and ensuring all signage is placed properly throughout the event space
• Salesforce knowledge is preferred
• Able to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines and due dates

Qualifications
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of Canva would be helpful preferred
• Experience in Hospitality required, experience in catering is preferred
• Requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to do what it takes to achieve the required results.
• Must be able to learn catering software and perform tasks on excel and other computer applications as necessary
• Must be able to read, write, and clearly speak English.
• Ability to work days, weekends, holidays as required
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
