We are seeking an HVAC Technician to keep our campus facilities safe, comfortable, and reliable. This position involves maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $53.36 to $53.36. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Every day is different, but your responsibilities may include:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, maintain residential HVAC systems, and New installations
  • Service heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, furnaces, boilers, and central air conditioning systems
  • Clearly communicate repair options and recommendations
  • Perform preventative maintenance, systems inspections, manage the BMS system, and the work order system
  • Maintain clean, accurate service documentation
  • Work safely while following company standards and industry best practices (USHA/PPE)
  • Work with coworkers and office staff to guarantee an excellent customer experience.
  • You should be accessible to respond outside of working hours.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you should have:

• • EPA Universal Certification
  • At least 2 years of commercial HVAC service experience
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Physical ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform the daily demands of field service work
  • Able to remove snow
• shing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
