The Boat Rentals Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of the Boat Rental and Fuel Dock operations. Directly supervises all Boat Rentals and Fuel Dock staff. Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling and mentoring all Boat Rental and Fuel Dock staff. Will work independent of supervision and will report to the property General Manager.

Job Responsibilities
- Manages multiple supervisors and coordinators;
- Responsible for directing the activity of 60 to 80 seasonal employees.
- Coordinates all Boat Rental and Fuel Dock related projects.
- Ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction through positive guest service training.
- Responsible for a positive solution of guest complaints.
- Maintains and creates programs to ensure guest retention.
- Supervise and maintain boat rental dock and fuel dock operations.
- Coordinates the hiring process for Boat Rentals and Fuel Dock as well as Office Staff.
- Coaching and counseling of Boat Rental employees.
- Upholds uniform standards.
- Implements continuous safety training; safety meetings, audits, observations.
- Ensures compliance with ABI, DMM, Manager Connect, Mindshare, Clarity, SMS and Dock Master.
- Other duties as business demands
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. 3-5 years of previous supervisory experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Exceptional Guest Service skills. Must be able to multitask in a high stress environment. Must be a team player.
