The Employee Activities Coordinator provides support to Human Resources and operational managers to complete day to day field HR activities and ensure successful roll out of HR initiative to the business. Support Human Resources management in planning, organizing, and executing company-sponsored events and activities for team members.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the employee shuttle and welcome team members as they arrive and depart.
  • Plan and maintain a vibrant calendar of events—game nights, karaoke, arts & crafts, and exciting off-property trips to National Parks, cultural events, and local attractions.
  • Organize shopping trips, cultural outings, and adventures that help our team explore and enjoy the beauty of Southern Utah.
  • Use creative tools like Canva and approved channels to promote events and keep everyone informed.
  • Ensure all activities follow company policies and safety standards.
  • Communicate with enthusiasm and positivity to inspire participation and build community.
  • Assist other departments and work extra shifts as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT physical.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills (Canva and MS Office experience preferred).
  • A team player who’s ready to pitch in wherever needed.

Qualifications

•    1-2 years in Human Resources preferred
•    Valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT physical
•    Strong interpersonal and planning skills
•    Strong English verbal/written communication skills
•    A high level of guest service and an eye for detail
•    Proficient in Microsoft office programs
•    Experience serving a large employee population preferred
