In the role of the lead hospitality supervisor, you'll be a role model of the store operations standards that define the store Experience.  Ability to schedule staff, place orders and conduct inventory.  In addition, you will lead shifts, work alongside associates, and deliver quality customer service and expertly crafted products in a vibrant environment. 5+ year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment. 3 years of experience coordinating tasks or delegating to other employees.   

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $22.00 to $28.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

•    Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders

•    Knowledge of the retail environment

•    Capacity to build relationships
•    Quick learner with a focus on quality
•    Ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
•    At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role that involves interaction and fulfilling

Qualifications

•    Requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing world-class service to the client, guests, and co-workers.  
•    A strong knowledge of personal computers is essential.
•    Experience in all facets of providing guest services.
•    Must be able to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with others.
•    Strong organizational abilities.
•    Preferably two years in hospitality services or like environment performing like duties as Guest Services or Concierge’s supervisor.
•    Must be able to read, write, and clearly speak English

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
