Job Description

The Administrative Support Worker Lead is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, ordering, data entry, filing, etc. The Administrative Support Worker Lead will be required to interact with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

 

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $17.84 to $25.48, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

 

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides feedback to managers concerning performance factors of support service associates that may be detrimental to support service operations.

  • Prepares and present various reports, schedules and other specially designed reports related to performance standards and measurements.

  • Maintains required departmental records, reports and files in accordance with established policies and procedures and obtains processes and distributes reports in a timely manner.

  • Process invoices for all service and when appropriate, contact vendors.

  • Generate purchase order requests

  • Notify manager of any violations noted because of the records (tardiness, improper punch etc.)

  • Update payroll records.

  • Train users at facility on information system to create and close out work orders, provide with tutorial / resources as required.

  • Performs other duties as needed or assigned as work is expected to vary with changing needs and priorities.

Qualifications

•    High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 2+ years administrative support experience.
•    Excellent written/interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Excel and Word.
•    Ability to optimally connect with employees.
•    Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
•    Strong digital literacy is required of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Internet, typing, other databases and spreadsheet software.
