Job Description
The Premium In-Seat Manager, located at Fenway Park - Home of the Boston Red Sox will be responsible for the management of the In-seat service operations during Fenway Park events, including quality control, staffing, event preparation, kitchen operations, technology, & management development.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- The role reports to the Senior Restaurant Manager
- The role is responsible for the management of the In-seat service operations during Red Sox games, including quality control, staffing, event preparation, kitchen operations, technology, & management development.
- These standards should be met by leading, training and developing, communicating, and motivating team members.
- Individuals must spend at least 75% of the time on the floor incorporating supervising, coaching, and training.

Qualifications
- Prior experience leading associates at a supervisory level in a mid- to upscale restaurant or catering/banquet environment
- Experience as a server in a mid- to upscale restaurant preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Previous concessions experience preferred
- Ability to support training and development of team members
- Understanding financial responsibilities and commitment to quality service
- Strong guest service and associate service–focused attitude
- Ability to work an event-based schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays
- This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
- This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
