Job Description
The Inventory Control Manager is to oversee the purchasing, receiving, and accounts payable processes at commissary locations. The role will decide purchasing levels using past and current forecasting data, as well as ensure that inventory transactions are happening timely and accurately through remote oversight to an administrative team. The role will also be responsible for EOM (End of Month) Inventory processes and completion.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or related field.
- Must possess 2 years of inventory management or procurement experience, preferably in a warehouse environment.
- Two or more years of experience managing, developing and coaching a team.
- Ability to communicate professionally and work with cross-functional teams at all levels in the organization (internal and external).
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities from diverse levels of management in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to relate well and cooperate with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals.
- Must have working knowledge of knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and preferred SQL(Structured Query Language).
- Ability to analyze and comprehend various reports and recommend or execute appropriate actions.
- Results-oriented focus to ensure delivery of operational reports and services in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion.
- Proven ability and success with leading and developing high performing teams.
- High level of self-initiative and the ability to prioritize, work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility in working a rotating schedule, including but not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays and a reliable attendance record.
