Alongside a manager who will help coordinate and lead operations, you’ll help oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and help where needed. This position will be scheduled Sunday to Thursday from 2:30pm-11pm EST.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $20.04 to $24.70. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure physical atmosphere and cleanliness of all outlets (Banquets, Restaurant, Grab & Go, Breaks, Great Room).
  • Assist in maintaining smooth‑running operations.
  • Monitor food quality and service level.
  • Monitor payroll and revenue.
  • Complete weekly BEO overview report for outlets.
  • Provide food labels for buffets; perform quality‑control checks on all banquet and Innovation food set‑ups.
  • Provide support to CHQ in the absence of the CHQ Catering Manager.
  • Attend weekly BEO meeting.
  • Create a pleasant and efficient atmosphere for staff and guests.
  • Assist in inventory control of beverages, pantry, and Grab & Go.
  • Maintain service standards.
  • Handle daily paperwork including payroll, inventory, and requisitions for banquet equipment and personnel.
  • Assist staff with any problems that may occur.
  • Help management schedule staff.
  • Coordinate with kitchen on banquet food pick‑up.
  • Conduct pre‑shift meetings before every banquet function and outlet meal period.
  • Ring up banquet bills in Micros and provide a banquet recap report at the end of each banquet day.
  • Supervise set‑ups, prep work, service, and breakdown of banquet events.
  • Assist management in employee evaluation and discipline.
  • Respond to any reasonable task assigned by supervisor or manager.
  • Cover all duties of the Manager in that person’s absence.
  • Assist Manager with hiring and training all staff.
  • Maintain open communications with department management, department employees, and other property departments.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years restaurant/banquet experience.
  • At least 1-year supervisory experience.
  • Ability to make quick decisions in high‑stress situations.
  • Well, organized with excellent customer‑service skills.
