Job Description
Provides critical clerical and operational support to ensure seamless event execution and efficient functioning. This position manages the flow of information between clients, conference services managers, and internal departments like housekeeping and food and beverage.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 to $23.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
Conference & Event Support
- Assist with creating and distributing BEOs, group resumes, internal communication flyers for associate events, and event reader boards.
- Act as the first point of contact for event inquiries (both virtually and in-person), responding to leads and arranging appointments for the managers.
- Coordinate room setups, AV needs, and specialized vendor requests.
- Assist with on-site needs to include providing coverage for the conference services team during high-activity periods.
General Hotel Operations
- Manage office phone line and voicemail, process invoices, and maintain organized filing systems as well as a welcoming presence at the Conference Services desk.
- Serve as a liaison between conference services and operations teams to ensure standards are met.
- Manage lodging tower and conference center information and update property databases and signage as needed.
- Monitor and order office supplies and collateral materials to keep administrative functions running smoothly.
- All other duties as assigned by the Conference Services Dept. MOD, Director of Operations, and/or General Manager.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of administrative or office experience, preferably within a hospitality or conference setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with hotel software like Delphi or Opera is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both corporate clients and internal staff.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, depending on the conference center’s event schedule.
