Job Description

The HR Administrator supports day-to-day HR operations for Sports & Entertainment, with a focus on employee check-ins, scheduling coordination, compliance tracking, onboarding, and workforce support. This role ensures employees are properly scheduled, credentialed, trained, and compliant with company policies and event requirements while providing administrative support to management and maintaining accurate employee records.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee scheduling and maintain staffing rosters for events and daily operations.
  • Conduct employee check-ins and assist with event day attendance tracking.
  • Monitor compliance requirements, including food safety certifications, alcohol permits, training completions, and onboarding documentation.
  • Process new hire paperwork and support employee onboarding activities.Maintain accurate employee records in HR and scheduling systems.
  • Communicate scheduling updates, event assignments, and operational information to employees.Assist managers with staffing needs, call-offs, and workforce planning.
  • Track and report workforce metrics, including attendance, compliance, and staffing levels.Support credentialing and access management for employees, volunteers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, federal and state labor laws, and client requirements.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding schedules, timekeeping, onboarding, and HR processes.
  • Provide administrative support for recruiting, hiring events, orientations, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with investigations, documentation, and other employee relations matters as needed.Support game days, concerts, and special events to ensure staffing and HR operations run efficiently.

Qualifications

•    Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions 
•    Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year
•    Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
•    Ability to perform basic arithmetic 
•    Maintain emotional control under stress
•    Ability to resolve interpersonal situations
•    Strong organizational skills
