Title:  Custodial Services Worker Lead - Command Center - Oriole Park at Camden Yard MSA Facilities

Job Description

The Custodial Services Lead Worker will work in the Command Center during all events at Oriole Park. The Command Center Lead is responsible for overseeing real-time event operations during baseball games, serving as the central point of communication between departments to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality guest experience.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $20.00 to $22.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor event activity and coordinate communication between operations, custodial, security, and guest services teams
• Dispatch staff and resources in response to incidents, service requests, and operational needs
• Track and document issues in real time, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
• Support emergency response procedures and escalate critical situations as needed
• Provide leadership and direction to command center staff during events
• Maintain situational awareness of the venue and ensure service standards are met throughout the event

Qualifications

• Strong communication and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
• Previous experience in event operations, stadium/arena operations, or command center environments preferred
• Previous custodial experience required
• Previous experience in a supervisory or related role preferred
• Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
• Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers
• Adaptable to guest needs

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
