Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing, communications, and engagement initiatives for Aramark Collegiate Hospitality on APU campus. This position works closely with dining leadership, campus partners, and students to promote dining programs, increase participation in meal plans and retail dining locations, support catering and special events, and enhance the overall guest experience.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering engaging marketing campaigns that connect with the campus community.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $25.00 to $27.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for campus dining programs.
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other approved channels.
• Design promotional materials, including flyers, posters, digital signage, menus, email newsletters, and event advertisements.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with Aramark and university brand standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute campus dining events, themed meals, tastings, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with student organizations and campus departments to increase participation and awareness of dining services.
• Gather customer feedback and assist in creating action plans to improve guest satisfaction.
• Serve as an on-site marketing representative during special events and campus functions.

Qualifications

•    Prior administrative experience preferred 
•    The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 
•    Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
•    Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
•    Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms
