Job Description
The Catering Support Worker is responsible for assisting management with both administrative and event day operational tasks.The Catering Support Worker will be required to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs
Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for performing all administrative functions for catering department included but not limited to printing menu signs/food labels for each applicable event and organizing/maintaining smallware equipment
• Assists with inventory counts, vehicle logs and supply requests
• Assists with processing invoices, entering event details in catering software, answer email and phone inquiries as needed
• Assists with event operations to include set up, transport/delivery, event break down and clean up
• Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office

Qualifications
- Strong computer skills
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Prior customer service experience required
- Experience in hospitality or related field required
- Excellent communication skills, organization skills and attention to detail
- Experience in hospitality or related field required
