Title:  Intern- Facilities Assistant- Georgia Proton Treatment Center

Job Description

The Intern position is responsible for supporting Facilities and Environmental services. They would support through administrative and physical assistance with tasks as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

Data Entry

• Create and close work orders in Facility Fit Pro
• Create Valet volume reports
• File Security reports
• Update EVS project calendar
• Order EVS supplies
• Stocking EVS supplies
• Scribe duties for facility and EVS rounds

Qualifications

•    0-2 years’ basic computer experience
•    Basic skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Experience or knowledge outlook email.
•    Ability to support multiple projects.
•    Strong communication skills: Oral and Written.
•    Ability to manage and prioritize time and projects in an efficient manner.
