We are looking for a visionary Pastry Chef who combines technical mastery with creative flair. This is your chance to lead pastry innovation in a dynamic, boutique environment where your creations will set the tone for unforgettable experiences.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The salary for this position is $90,000 to $110,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Create Signature Desserts: Design and execute exquisite pastries and desserts that impress discerning guests and elevate their experience.
- Collaborate on Culinary Innovation: Work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to craft seasonal menus and bespoke offerings for VIP events.
- Lead with Excellence: Mentor and inspire pastry assistants, fostering a culture of creativity and precision.
- Deliver Perfection: Ensure every plate meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Incorporate cutting-edge techniques and global pastry trends into your creations.
What We’re Looking For
- Culinary degree or certification in pastry arts.
- 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-profile event settings.
- Proven ability to innovate and execute under pressure.
- Expertise in classic and modern pastry techniques, including plated desserts, showpieces, and specialty diets.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Requires at least 2 years' experience in a related field
