Aramark Nexus is hiring an experienced Housekeeping Director at Caprock Workforce Community in Mobeetie, Texas, near Pampa and Amarillo.

Caprock is a large-scale workforce housing community supporting the construction of hyperscale data centers and major infrastructure projects. With capacity planned for more than 1,000 residents, our community provides housing, dining, recreation, and essential services to the people building America's future.

As Housekeeping Director, you'll lead housekeeping operations across residential accommodations and shared facilities, ensuring hundreds of residents have a clean, comfortable place to call home.

This is an opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to build a team, establish operating standards, and take ownership of a growing operation. We're looking for someone with experience in large hotels, resorts, workforce housing, or similar high-volume environments who thrives in a hands-on leadership role.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations across residential accommodations, common areas, and shared facilities, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and resident satisfaction.

• Recruit, train, develop, and manage housekeeping supervisors, leads, and cleaning personnel.

• Establish cleaning schedules, staffing plans, productivity expectations, and quality inspection programs for a high-volume residential operation.

• Oversee room turnovers, move-in and move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, and ongoing housekeeping services.

• Manage departmental budgets, labor costs, cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.

• Implement standardized cleaning procedures, safety protocols, sanitation practices, and quality assurance processes.

• Monitor housekeeping performance, employee productivity, room readiness, and resident feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Partner with facilities maintenance, guest services, and community leadership to resolve issues and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Plan staffing and operational requirements as Caprock continues to expand.

• Build a positive, accountable team culture focused on safety, service excellence, and employee development.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of related experience and 3 years’ experience in a management role. 

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 

• Able to maintain and develop a budget. 

• Excellent communication skills. 

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
