Job Description
Aramark Nexus is seeking an experienced Director of Facilities to lead facilities operations, maintenance, and infrastructure management at Caprock Workforce Community in Mobeetie, Texas.
Caprock is a large-scale workforce housing and hospitality community supporting the construction of hyperscale data centers. Our operations provide workers with housing, dining, transportation, recreation, and essential services in an environment designed to support their well-being, productivity, and quality of life.
As Director of Facilities, you will be responsible for ensuring that the buildings, infrastructure, equipment, and essential systems supporting our community operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
This is more than a traditional facilities management position. Caprock operates as a self-contained community with significant infrastructure requirements, including water distribution, wastewater systems, electrical infrastructure, HVAC, plumbing, residential accommodations, commercial facilities, and critical support equipment.
We are looking for a hands-on facilities leader who understands complex building systems, can develop and lead high-performing maintenance teams, and has the operational discipline to manage preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, contractor relationships, and long-term asset reliability.
The ideal candidate brings experience in large-scale facilities management, industrial facilities, remote workforce accommodations, hospitality operations, military installations, or other complex environments where operational reliability is essential.
This is an opportunity to help build and lead the facilities operation for a growing business while establishing the standards, systems, and processes that will support our continued expansion.
About Aramark Nexus
Aramark Nexus is building a new standard for workforce communities.
As a specialized business within Aramark, Nexus provides comprehensive hospitality and essential support services for some of the largest and most ambitious construction and infrastructure projects in the country.
Our work supports the growing demand for hyperscale AI data centers, energy infrastructure, and other major developments that require large workforces operating in challenging locations.
We do more than provide temporary housing. We build and operate complete workforce communities that deliver comfortable accommodations, quality dining, transportation, housekeeping, recreation, maintenance, and other essential services.
Our goal is simple: create environments where people can live well, work safely, and perform at their best.
Why join Aramark Nexus?
Nexus is a growing business with significant opportunities for leaders who want to build something rather than simply maintain what already exists. Our teams have the opportunity to establish new operational standards, solve complex challenges, and directly influence the success of major projects.
As Director of Facilities at Caprock, you will play a leading role in establishing a reliable, high-performing facilities operation while helping shape the future of facilities management across Aramark Nexus.
If you are a facilities leader who enjoys building teams, solving difficult operational problems, and taking ownership of complex environments, we want to hear from you.
