Job Description

Manage operations in accordance with ARAMARK’s standardized program to meet or exceed client expectations, while staying within established budget guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

1. Establish and organize the implementation of the ARAMARK Food/Healthcare/B&I Services program in accordance with ARAMARK standardized procedures. To carry out the standardized ARAMARK work procedures and processes to ensure the smooth daily operation. 
2. Compile annual and monthly operation objectives, lead team to accomplish revenue and profit objectives and meet company’s requirements.
3.Make on-going improvement of the working efficiency and onsite service quality based on QPE results and action plan. 
4. Manage routines and make plan, take action of daily administrative support;
5. Conduct Safety training to enhance safety awareness and provide a safe workplace, achieve annual EHS objectives.
6. Train and develop supervisors and below following ARAMARK Job Skill Training(JST) and Job Skill Review(JSR) training programs for new hire employees and existing employees.
7.Keep good internal communication and collaboration, problem-solving oriented to ensure smooth operations. 
8.Establish good communication with clients, meet or exceed clients/customers requirements. Build and promote the recognition and influence of Aramark branding in area.
9.Manage financial forecast, drive for growth, control cost and spending to meet or exceed department budget within plan.

1.Education: College’s Degree and above. Major in Engineering, Catering, Hotel Management or Generic Management is preferred. 
2.Work Experience: Managerial experience of at least 5 years, work experience of at least 8 years in foreign property management company, hotel or office building, large-scale manufacture is preferred.
3.Vocational Qualifications: 
-Be familiar with knowledge and operations, policies and regulations of property management and account management. 
-Be proficient in the working principle and service system, rich experience in leading people.
- Have an understanding of HR, Finance, IT, and Management, Leadership, Education policy and procedures. Have an understanding of costings, RQ, and budgeting.
4.Computer & Language: Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ; certain ability in English.
--Customer service oriented. Good communicate with customers. Strong spirit of teamwork.  
--Ability to work under pressure and deal with complicated problems. Be able to provide quick, effective, and creative solutions to problems. 
--Effective capability of implementation, leadership excellence, good business sense.
--Integrity and high sense of responsibilities, work enthusiasm, professional dedication. Drive for excellence.
