Aramark is currently seeking an experienced and driven Catering Manager to lead our catering operation in Parkmore, Galway. Job Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a catering team to achieve high performance and service 
standards 
Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times 
Take full responsibility for HACCP compliance and maintain accurate cleanliness and food 
safety records 
Ensure all operations comply with Aramark policies and procedures 
Deliver effective staff training, development, and performance management 
Drive a positive team culture built on integrity, accountability, and professionalism 
Demonstrate flexibility and openness to innovation and continuous improvement 
Ensure effective implementation of operational standards and company initiatives

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a team in catering, hospitality, or food services 
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
Proven capability to effectively implement processes and procedures 
Demonstrated leadership excellence with the ability to inspire and engage teams
