Pay rate: £14.40/hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (including some weekends)
Shift times: between 7am and 6pm, so your evenings are yours again!

Your day-to-day:
- Supervise and assist enhanced inmates in preparing and serving meals
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and accurate stock checks
- Complete all paperwork and compliance forms
- Maintain high food standards within a set menu
- Be a strong team player and handle challenges professionally
What we’re looking for:
- Lived in the UK for the past 5 years
- Legal right to work, able to pass security vetting and DBS checks
- Previous supervisory experience
- Relevant culinary qualification
- Experience in a large-scale kitchen
