We are currently recruiting for a Bar Steward to be a part of our integral team at ATC Alexander Barracks, Pirbright, Surrey, GU24 0QQ

What you'll be doing
- Prepare and serving beverages to customers.
- Challenge 25
- Carry out a professional bar service (must be 18+)
- Cash handling and processing card transactions accurately
- Capable of lone working and managing the bar on your own
- Client focus – providing excellent customer service at all times
- General cleaning of front and back of house
- Perform daily paperwork and keep diligent records as required
- Monitoring stock levels, restocking the bar and rotating stock
- Sweeping/Mopping and general housekeeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times.
- Preparation of any other public facing areas as required
- Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.
Experience
- Must be 18+
- Previous experience working in a bar is desirable
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- A CTC security check is required for this role
- Must be a great team player and confident to lone work when necessary
