Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Senior Hotel Food & Beverage Manager to join their fantastic team at Legoland, Windsor Resort.

As a Senior Manager, you will strive to fully empower your team with day-to-day decision making, whilst you use your business acumen to focus on the bigger picture, fully controlling your P&L, assisting in making sound business decisions and sharing your experience to drive the business forward.

A day in the life of a Senior Food & Beverage Manager: 

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of all units, within their remit. 
• Handling the recruitment, training and development of Supervisors, Assistant Managers and Managers. 
• Responsiblility for ensuring staffing levels are appropriate for trading levels each day. 
• Responsiblility for meeting KPI targets and labour budgets in all units. 
• Driving RPS growth. 
• Conducting investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings. 
• Managing stock levels of all FOH items and the management of GP across all units.  
• Creating proposals for new product lines and working with the eExec cChef to suggest specials. 
• Being responsible for the completion of projects across the hotel. 
• Ensuring the sites are compliant with all H&S and HACCP requirements. 

You will be set up for success if you have: 

• Previous managerial experience in a similar role. 
• Experience of handling KPI’s, budgets, working to targets. 
• A positive approach, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a passion for excellent customer service with an emphasis on exceeding standards and guest expectations.  
• An extremely well presented and personable approach with the ability to inspire, lead and manage a large team.
