A day in the life of a Senior Breakfast Chef de Partie would include...
- Leading and coordinating the kitchen team to deliver a smooth breakfast service
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to recipe specifications and brand standards
- Maintaining exceptional food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards
- Managing prep levels, stock control, orders, and waste tracking
- Completing HACCP, temperature, and due diligence paperwork accurately
- Delegating tasks effectively and supporting the development of junior team members
- Overseeing opening and closing procedures, including equipment checks
- Maintaining full knowledge of menus and allergen requirements
What we're looking for...
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage or Hospitality kitchen role
- Food Safety qualification
- Calm, organised, and confident under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
- Flexible and adaptable to business needs
- A positive, approachable attitude with a genuine team-first mindset
