LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting a Food & Beverage Supervisor to work within the quick serve cluster of the Park Food & Beverage Department!

We are recruiting a Supervisor to support the quick serve team in its daily operation.
Comprising our LEGOLAND Coffee CO outlets and two quick service restaurants, we are looking for an experienced team leader ready for the next step in their hospitality journey.
The Supervisor will be required to ensure delivery of the day-to-day operation by supporting and implementing initiatives and quality standards. This role requires a candidate who demonstrates a positive mental attitude, is highly motivated, empowering, and has determination to succeed. The Supervisor will need to think outside the box, make quick decisions, and have the natural ability to bring out the best in the team.

What does this role entail?
A day in the life of a Supervisor would include...
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, including food safety and hygiene standards
- Driving focus on exceptional guest service and achieving all Food & Beverage KPI targets
- Assisting with recruitment, training, coaching and development, and leading the team with a hands-on approach to allow support with future succession
- Maintaining high standards of presentation throughout the restaurants and outlets and contributing ideas for continuous improvement
- Ensuring specific stock levels are maintained with adequate monitoring, whilst taking financial responsibility, including labour cost management
- Implementing agreed promotions to maximise sales and communicating important and relevant information throughout the team, ensuring excellent product knowledge, including allergen and dietary information
Here are some desirable qualities for this role...
- Experience within the Food and Beverage industry
- Previous work as a Team Leader or similar role
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work through own initiative
- A positive can-do attitude with a hands-on approach at work to support and lead the team
- Be a great communicator and someone who is reliable in all aspects of the role
- Demonstrate the ability to take on challenges as and when they arise, responding positively and identifying effective solutions promptly
- A strong desire to develop others through effective training and coaching
- Previous knowledge of risk assessments and Health & Safety protocols.
