We are recruiting for a Food and Beverage Operations Administrator to support the park team with their daily operation. This role is fast paced and requires someone with the ability to multi-task and ensure the Food and Beverage Department deliver their targets daily, weekly, and monthly.

 

Shift Pattern:

 

5 days out of 7 with shifts ranging from 8am - 8pm

What does this role entail?

 

A day in the life of a Food and Beverage Operations Administrator would include...

 

  • Supporting the Unit Managers in the day to day, weekly and monthly administration tasks required to ensure the F&B department remains within the P&L budgets
  • Supporting the Unit Managers in the training documentation to ensure the team are safe and legal to work
  • Conducting team briefings with the team, ensuring they are updated in all the relevant information for the trading day
  • Being on hand to answer calls from the units and solving problems quickly and efficiently
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve issues or requirements in a timely manner
  • Coordinating the daily operation by ensuring all areas are covered and the team receive lunch breaks in accordance to the working law
  • Working closely with the Scheduling Team by reporting any absences, lateness or sickness, and completing relevant Return to Work meetings with the team
  • Assisting with the stock take process

  • Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements
  • Be approachable at all times with a positive can-do attitude and show willingness towards being a team player
  • Previous Food and Beverage or Administration experience.
