We are recruiting for a Food and Beverage Operations Administrator to support the Food & Beverage team with its daily operations across the park. This role is fast-paced and requires someone with the ability to multitask and support the Food & Beverage team in ensuring that all F&B units within the park deliver against their daily targets.

What does this role entail?
A day in the life of a Food and Beverage Operations Administrator would include...
- Reporting into the Food & Beverage Operations Manager and supporting in the day-to-day, weekly, and monthly administration tasks
- Supporting the Food and Beverage management team with training documentation to ensure the team are safe and legal to work
- Conducting team briefings, ensuring they are updated with all the relevant information for the trading day
- Being on hand to make or receive calls, messages, and emails for the Food & Beverage department, while resolving issues quickly and efficiently
- Accountable for managing the Food & Beverage inbox and responding to employee queries and questions
- Working closely with the Food & Beverage management team, reporting absences, lateness, and sickness, and ensuring all information is accurately logged through the appropriate processes
- Supporting the Food & Beverage management team with the processing of invoices
- Assisting with the stock take process
- Completing financial trackers to ensure accurate financial reporting and sharing information through the appropriate channels

- Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements
- Approachable, with a positive can-do attitude and a commitment to teamwork
- Experienced in using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous Administration or Food & Beverage experience
