As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team at Legoland, Windsor.
We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to oversee our kitchen operations and lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, possess strong leadership skills, and have a creative flair for menu development.

A day in the life of a Head Chef:
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including cooks and other kitchen workers
- Ensure food preparation meets high-quality standards and complies with food safety regulations
- Develop innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and best practices
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan and execute special events or themed dining experiences
You'll be set up for success if you have:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food production, and kitchen management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- A passion for creating memorable dining experiences for guests
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications
