LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to work within the Family restaurants or Park Food & Beverage Department.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will lead a team of Team Leaders across either our City Walk - Pizza Pasta Buffet or our pirate-themed Burger Kitchen.

 

The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of day-to-day operations by supporting and implementing initiatives and quality standards. This role requires a candidate who demonstrates a positive mental attitude, is highly motivated and empowering, and has the determination to succeed. The Supervisor will need to think outside the box, make quick decisions, and have the natural ability to bring out the best in the team.

What does this role entail?

 

A day in the life of a Supervisor would include...

 

  • Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, including Food Safety and Hygiene
  • Driving focus on exceptional guest service and achieving all Food and Beverage KPI targets
  • Assisting with recruitment, training, coaching, and development, and leading the team with a hands-on approach to support future succession
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation throughout the restaurants and outlets, and offering ideas for change where applicable
  • Ensuring stock levels are maintained with effective monitoring, while taking financial responsibility, including labour management
  • Implementing agreed promotions to maximise sales, while effectively communicating key information to the team and ensuring strong product knowledge, including allergen and dietary awareness.

 

What is required for this role?

  • Experience within the Food and Beverage industry
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader or similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work through own initiative 
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a hands-on approach to supporting and leading the team
  • Be a great communicator and reliable in all aspects of the role
  • The ability to take on challenges as and when they arise, responding positively with effective solutions
  • A strong desire to develop others through effective training and coaching
  • Knowledge of risk assessments and Health & Safety protocol
